2Save & Organize

Save creators as contacts. Add tags, notes, custom fields, and multiple platform profiles per person.

3Campaign

Add contacts to campaign pipelines. Drag-and-drop kanban boards with auto-tasks, reminders, and blacklist controls.

4Outreach

Send personalized emails via your Gmail. Use templates with merge tags. Broadcast to filtered audiences.

5Track

Replies are detected automatically. Full conversation threads visible in the Outreach inbox. Timeline tracks everything.

6Follow Up

The To-Do page shows tasks, follow-ups, and failed sends. Never miss an action item.

Dashboard

Your home screen shows everything needing attention at a glance:

  • Action Items — overdue tasks, follow-ups needed, and failed sends with direct links to the To-Do page
  • Pipeline Snapshot — bar chart showing how many contacts are in each campaign stage
  • This Week — emails sent, replies received, reply rate percentage
  • Recent Replies — last 3 replies with links to conversation threads
  • Active Campaigns — quick links to your campaign boards
  • Recent Activity — latest timeline events across all contacts

Discover Influencers

Search a database of 450M+ creators. The filter bar has two rows:

Row 1: Platform, Follower Range, Country

Row 2: Username (exact match), Keyword (name/bio search)

Platform Notes

  • Any Platform — searches Instagram + TikTok combined on page 1, Instagram-only on subsequent pages
  • Instagram — full filter support including country and engagement rate data
  • TikTok — keyword search only, no country/follower range filter
  • YouTube — exact channel handle lookup only (e.g. russellbrunson)

Saving Influencers

Click Save on any result. You'll see three options: Create New Contact (start a fresh contact card), Add to Existing Contact (attach this profile to someone you've already saved), or Just Bookmark (save without a contact card). Already-saved influencers show a gold bookmark icon.

Opportunities

The Opportunities button (with count badge) finds notable accounts that follow multiple of your saved influencers — warm intro signals. Available once you have 2+ contacts with audience data.

Trending Challenges / Sounds

The Trending Challenges / Sounds button shows what's currently trending on TikTok — hashtag challenges and viral sounds. Each trend has a "Find Creators" button that pre-seeds a TikTok search.

Influencers

Your contact book for creators. Every saved influencer becomes a contact card that can hold multiple platform profiles, contact details, custom fields, and a full activity timeline.

The Influencer Table

Shows: name, engagement, audience intelligence, campaigns, contact detail icons (platform, email, phone, website, address), and date added. Click any column header to sort. Bulk actions let you add multiple contacts to campaigns at once.

Contact Profile (Tabs)

Profile

Avatar, platform profiles, contact details (email, phone, website, company), Contact Person link, audience intelligence (authenticity, credibility, notable followers), custom fields, tags, and campaign membership.

Timeline

Chronological feed of all activity: emails sent/replied, notes added, campaign moves, tags, contact details found. Everything in one place.

Outreach

Send emails directly from the profile. View full message history with status (sent/replied/failed). Links to conversation threads in the Outreach inbox.

Campaigns, To-Dos, Notes, Files

All campaign memberships, synced to-dos from all campaigns, notes (from both profile and campaign level), and uploaded files.

CSV Import

Import your Dream100 list via CSV. Click Import CSV on the Influencers page, upload a file with columns: name (required), email, phone, company, website. Download the template for the exact format. Progress shows live during import.

Batch Contact Details

Click Check All for Details to scan all contacts' platform profiles for email, phone, and address data. Runs in the background and sends a notification when complete.

Custom Fields

Create your own merge tags (e.g. "Podcast Name", "Budget", "Niche") from Outreach → Custom Fields. Each field appears on every contact's profile and can be used as {{tag_name}} in outreach templates.

Campaigns

Organize contacts around marketing initiatives. Each campaign has a visual Kanban board and a filterable table view.

Kanban Board

Drag-and-drop contacts between columns. Click a contact card for details (partnership type, notes, files, to-dos). Use the toggle icons in the top-right to switch between Kanban and Table views.

Table View

Filter contacts by stage, partnership type, or email availability. See everyone across all columns in one sortable table.

Column Settings (Gear Icon)

Click the gear icon on any column header to configure:

  • Auto To-Dos — define tasks that auto-create when a contact moves into this column (e.g. "Send proposal" due in 3 days)
  • Inactivity Reminder — auto-create a reminder after X days of no activity
  • Block from Outreach — blacklists this column. Contacts here are excluded from broadcasts, the To-Do page, and marked with a visual indicator
  • Delete Column — removes the column and all contacts in it from the campaign

Setup Broadcast

Click Setup Broadcast in the campaign header to send a templated email to multiple contacts at once. Filter by stage, select a template and Gmail account, review/exclude individual recipients, then send. One summary notification instead of one per email.

Outreach

Send, track, and manage all email outreach from one place.

The Outreach Inbox

Two-panel layout: message list on the left, conversation detail on the right. Filter by status: All, Sent, Replied, Failed. Click any message to see the full email body and conversation thread.

Reply Detection

Replies are detected automatically every 15 minutes. When someone replies, the full reply text is pulled from Gmail and displayed inline — you never need to leave the app. You'll also get a notification bell alert.

Templates

Create reusable email templates with merge tags. Built-in variables: {{name}}, {{company}}, {{email}}, {{phone}}, {{platform}}, {{username}}, {{my_name}}. Plus any custom fields you've created. Templates have stages: Initial Pitch, Follow-up 1, Follow-up 2, Proposal, Custom.

Gmail Integration

Connect up to 5 Gmail accounts from Outreach → Gmail Accounts. Emails are sent from your real Gmail address. Daily caps: 1,500/day for Google Workspace, 350/day for consumer @gmail.com. Token refresh is automatic.

Broadcasts

Available from campaign boards and the Outreach page. Select a campaign → filter by stage → choose template + Gmail account → review recipients (uncheck to exclude) → send. Contacts in blacklisted columns are automatically excluded.

To-Do

Everything needing your attention in one place. Three tabs:

  • Tasks — incomplete campaign to-dos (auto-created by column rules or manually added). Click "Done" to complete.
  • Follow Up — sent outreach that hasn't received a reply yet. Click the timestamp to open the conversation in Outreach. Click "Follow Up" to send another email.
  • Failed — sends that failed (daily cap, account issue, etc.) with a "Retry" button.

Contacts in blacklisted campaign columns are excluded from all To-Do sections.

Tags, Files & Notes

Tags: Add custom tags to any influencer for quick filtering. Create tags on the fly from any profile page. Filter your Influencers list by tag.

Files: Upload files to influencer profiles (media kits, rate cards) or to campaign partnerships (contracts, briefs, invoices). Files from both locations are visible on the contact's Files tab.

Notes: Add notes from the contact profile or from within a campaign. All notes are synced and visible on the contact's Notes tab regardless of where they were created.

Tips & Best Practices

Set up column auto-tasks. Configure each campaign column with auto to-dos so tasks create themselves as contacts move through your pipeline. No manual task creation needed.

Use blacklist columns. Create a "Do Not Contact" or "Rejected" column and enable the blacklist toggle. These contacts are automatically excluded from broadcasts and the To-Do page.

Create custom fields for your templates. If you always mention a contact's podcast or niche in outreach, create custom fields for those. They'll auto-fill in your templates via merge tags.

Check the Dashboard daily. The Action Items section tells you exactly what needs attention — overdue tasks, pending follow-ups, and failed sends.

Use "Any Platform" for broad discovery. It searches Instagram + TikTok simultaneously. Switch to a specific platform once you've found your niche.

Import your Dream100 via CSV. Upload your existing contact list and the platform will create contact cards for everyone. You can then attach social profiles and start outreach immediately.
